Background There are many stakeholders involved in the extractive sector (mining) in Mongolia. The key agencies that actively share geo-spatial and licensing data include MRPAM and MoET. In addition land use, ownership and legal cadastral data is provided by ALAGaC. From the public sector side additional stakeholders include local government from the aimags and soums. Other stakeholders include NGOs (civil society) and the private sector such as the mining companies and their suppliers. Objectives of the project Consolidate multi-format and multi-source geospatial and textural data into a single enterprise open source database that can be accessed via the internet (cloud based). Cloud access of POSTGIS database with QGIS

Cloud GSuite Google Cloud GWN Technologies You can access it in QGIS with this host- 104.198.83.204. The database, owner username and password are all 'cadastre'. I was able to access it from multiple computers. I also created 3 other users, one for each of the partners. All have read/write privileges on their own layers, and read permissions on other layers. User: alagac      pwd: imcdalagac User: moet         pwd: imcdmoet User: mrpam      pwd: imcdmrpam The Dornod data is part of the database, so you and Zolsaikhan can download and transfer the data to the MRPAM IMCD server.
